Age Restrictions
All persons ordering goods must be over 18 years of age.
Prices and Postage
Free delivery is standard 2-5 working days for orders exceeding £60. Orders under this value will attract charges of £6.00 for 2-5 days or £12.00 for next day
All prices quoted include VAT.
Delivery costs of £12.00 for next day delivery include all postage and packaging with no weight restrictions. Delivery will be guaranteed next day on all orders placed Monday to Thursday if order is received by us no later than midday and provided goods are in stock. If not we will advise you before the goods are dispatched. Any weekend deliveries attract additional charges, and you need to contact us in this regard in advance of your order being dispatched.
Deliveries
All delivery charges quoted cover UK mainland only – excluding certain outlying areas in Scotland.
Raw meats will be dispatched in a frozen state, unless stated otherwise. When unpacking, these products should be refrigerated immediately, and not refrozen.They should be consumed within 2 days.
All deliveries are reliant on an independent courier company, and thus cannot be fully guaranteed by us. By processing an online order, you agree to have someone available to sign for the goods between 08:00 and 18:00 on the delivery days. Failed deliveries will attract additional charges for the customers account.
Claims
If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service please feel free to contact the manager who will address the issue immediately.
All goods must be checked within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must be made in writing or e-mail, within 24 hours of receiving the goods. All damages must be noted on the delivery note, and the damaged goods retained for inspection. No claims will be considered if goods have been signed for as received in a good condition even if there is clear evidence of damage.
No claims will be considered unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to, and all refunds are at the sole discretion of management.
