The well known Boschendal Estate has over 300 years of winemaking heritage.
With vines growing in mountanous soils, the fruit reaches perfect ripeness under ideal conditions in the South African sun. After hand-harvesting the grapes are pressed and fermented in a cool cellar environment allowing the flavours of lime, pineapple and delicated fruit flavours to remain in the wine. A touch of maturation in oak barrels gives the wine an elegant depth and buttery dimension, creating a complex yet accesible white wine.
